William James College is proud to partner with organizations to offer our Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology program at a reduced cost. Students participate in a supportive learning community where they receive mentorship, training, and skill building that can be applied directly in the workplace.  Employees of partner organizations receive a $12,000 Partner Scholarship (covers >35% of tuition) for pursuing their graduate education in Organizational Psychology at William James College.

The Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology (MAOP) at William James College combines classroom instruction and fieldwork experiences to prepare your employees to make a difference in your organization.

Applicants employed by Partner Organizations will receive the following benefits:

  • Partner Scholarship: Automatically qualify for a $12,000 Partner Scholarship that covers 35% of the tuition for the MA in Organizational Psychology
  • Application Fee Waiver: Eligible applicants will have their application fee waived
  • Dedicated Support: Gain access to a designated Admissions Counselor and Faculty member for personalized, one-on-one consultation and assistance throughout the admissions process and program
  • Exclusive Interview Opportunity: Automatically qualify for a one-on-one interview for the MA in Organizational Psychology program

Partner Organizations will:
