Organizational Development and Change Concentration
The Organizational Development and Change concentration within the Master of Organizational Psychology program will provide you with advanced knowledge and skills essential for leading transformative change within organizations. This concentration integrates the following 3-credit courses to provide a comprehensive understanding of whole-system diagnosis, intervention, and leadership dynamics in the context of organizational development. Members of this concentration will graduate from the MAOP program not only with important skills, but also with the confidence to implement long-lasting and positive change within organizations.

Talent Management Concentration
The Talent Management concentration within the Master of Organizational Psychology program will provide you with advanced knowledge and skills in strategic workforce planning and development. This concentration integrates the following 3-credit courses to provide a comprehensive understanding of the talent management life cycle in creating a high performing, healthy, and equitable organizational culture. You will gain knowledge and skills in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-quality talent to advance organizational strategy. Organizations are successful when employees are valued.
