The curriculum includes a thorough exploration of the pivotal role played by change readiness assessment. Subsequently, students delve into the theoretical underpinnings of seminal change methodologies such as Participatory Action Research (PAR) and Appreciative Inquiry (AI). In addition, students will analyze advanced diagnostic models, which can be leveraged for organizational diagnosis. Through a blend of theory, practical application, and critical analysis, this course provides students with advanced tools and insights to lead transformative change initiatives within organizations.
