INTERFACE Guides to Mental Health Care
There are many things to consider when seeking mental health care from what type of service might be the most helpful to how to pay for it. The William James INTERFACE Referral Service has been proud to develop many guides to help with these decisions including Navigating Telehealth, a Patient Bill of Rights, and Insurance Guide for Families and Individuals to Warmlines to call when you just need support and website resources especially for teens. These tools have been developed by our staff based on questions that we have received from callers to help consumers feel empowered in seeking and receiving mental health care.
