What is SageMind?
SageMind is a mind, brain, and body intervention program designed to sustain and enhance memory and thinking as we age.
The science of SageMind is to translate cutting edge research into individualized Action Plans that you follow to objectively track, adjust, and optimize your cognitive health.
The heart of SageMind is optimization: maximizing your cognitive health in order to preserve and extend acuity and vitality throughout your life.
Who Is SageMind For?
SageMind is ideal for adults looking for scientifically validated approaches to optimizing memory and reasoning as they age.
Some people interested in SageMind have a family history (a parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle, or even a sibling) who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or other diseases of aging.
Others, however, are attracted to SageMind as a research-based approach to retaining, and even improving, the skills and strengths they presently have in order to continue living the lives they want to live.
