Cultivating Appreciative Communities

William James College faculty Claire Fialkov and David Haddad have collaborated with Nelly Ndirangu from the Kimo Wellness Foundation in Kenya. Nelly and her team have a compelling and unwavering commitment to bringing communities together and, through their differences help to create common ground. This is a true symbol of appreciative practice in the world. The creative and successful use of Appreciative Inquiry (AI) is a heartening example of its universal appeal.
