Yasmine Ibrahim is a Program Evaluator in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College. She holds a master’s degree in education with an emphasis in policy, program evaluation, and research methods from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB). While pursuing her master’s degree, Yasmine was a data and policy intern for the League of Women Voters (Santa Barbara) and created digital infographics to disseminate housing data and increase awareness about housing issues in the community. Prior to joining William James College, Yasmine worked as a Graduate Research Assistant, a Quantitative Data Analyst, and an Academic Personnel Coordinator at UCSB where she managed faculty-related data. In her role as Program Evaluator for the CWD, Yasmine actively engages in the development, implementation, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate both the short- and long-term impacts of community-based workforce development initiatives. In her free time, Yasmine enjoys exploring Massachusetts and going to trivia nights.
