Originally from Vietnam, Dr. Trang Le graduated Summa Cum Laude from Lawrence University where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Math and Education Studies. She holds a doctoral degree in Applied Developmental and Educational Psychology from Boston College (BC). Throughout her graduate school training, Dr. Le contributed to several mixed-methods and longitudinal studies on positive youth development. As a Graduate Research Assistant at BC, her responsibilities ranged from developing research protocols to analyzing data and communicating findings to research partners and academic audiences. Dr. Le has published several book chapters and articles in peer-reviewed journals, and has presented at national conferences on topics related to adolescent civic engagement and positive youth development. She currently serves as an Ad-hoc reviewer for the Journal of Youth Development and the Journal of Community and Applied Social Psychology. Dr. Le is a former member of Phi Beta Kappa and Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology. As the Program Evaluator in the Center for Workforce Development, Dr. Le utilizes her research and evaluation expertise to analyze the impacts of federally-funded programs on diversifying the behavioral health workforce.
