Mandi Miller is a Program Coordinator in the Center for Workforce Development (CWD) at William James College (WJC). In her role as Program Coordinator, Mandi provides administrative and operational support to the staff, faculty, and students; coordinates special projects, events, and other workforce development initiatives for the CWD; and engages in community outreach, recruitment, and admissions efforts for the Behavioral Health Service Corps. Mandi gained first-hand experience in the field of psychology as an intern at the Key Program in Fall River, MA, where she worked with youths and caregivers who were involved with the Department of Children and Families. Prior to joining WJC, Mandi served as Clinical Practice Manager for a behavioral health clinic where she provided a variety of case management services, including record-keeping, follow-up appointments and billing, as well as client data tracking and marketing. Mandi graduated Summa Cum Laude from Merrimack College in May of 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in Sociology. She has earned a Professional Communication and Collaboration Certification and is a proud Member of the International Honor Society in Psychology, Psi Chi 2022.
