Community Resource Program Manager, Center for Workforce Development

Clauder Clerphon serves as the Community Resource Program Manager at the Center for Workforce Development (CWD), where she acts as a liaison between CWD and its community-based programs. In this role, she oversees referrals, career coaching, mentorship, and work-readiness support, while fostering partnerships, coordinating events, and ensuring participants receive linguistically and culturally relevant resources and services.

Prior to this role, Clauder brought her talents to a girl-serving organization, where she focused on culturally affirming programming, capacity building, and program management. She is honored to support CWD participants on their career journeys in the Behavioral Health field. Clauder earned her BBA in International Business and Management from Suffolk University and her MA in Gender and Cultural Studies from Simmons University. She is the founder of Young Queens Rising, where she leads initiatives that support Haitian newcomer girls and women in navigating life in the U.S. through workshops like Alo Alo: Nou La (Hello Hello: We are Here) and support group Nou Pale (Let's Talk). In recognition of her contributions to her field and community, she was honored with Suffolk University’s "10 Under 10" award.
