This course examines models of persuasion and influence used to accomplish tasks through others. Students consider and apply these processes, experiencing and gaining appreciation for the strengths and limitations of different approaches to leadership. An understanding of personal leadership style will be gained, as well as the opportunity to give and receive feedback on leadership effectiveness to fellow students. Pre-requisite: PA650.
