In this seminar Leadership Psychology students will work under the supervision of an advanced practitioner to embark on their work with organizational clients in the field. They will function as a peer coaching group to analyze and reflect upon their activities and experiences in their practicum setting to enhance skills, professional growth and identity development. In doing so, students will study best practices in providing organizational development and leadership assessment, diagnoses and evidence based interventions. This course is for students who have completed their third year of coursework in the Leadership Psychology Program and is paired with Practicum 1 to support their practicum experience. This is the first course of a two-course sequence that will span two semesters.
