This course focuses on the student's leadership identity development and self-management and multicultural skills to enhance their ability to lead. Additionally, new 21st century models of leadership including current day norms and challenges will be examined. Students will garner feedback by participating in personality assessments. The course culminates in the creation of an authentic leadership development plan.
