Students will work with a master practitioner and peer coaches to reflect upon their activities and experiencesin their practicum setting to enhance skills and professional growth. The course emphasizes best practices in providing organizational development consultation, with an emphasis on evidence-based interventions. This course is for students who have completed LP715 and LP716 Advanced Leadership 2nd Year Seminar 1. This seminar course is paired with Practicum 2 Leadership to support the field experience.
