ORG GR600 - Organizational Behavior: The Individual and Team

This course considers the underlying factors of human behavior in the workplace. It focuses on the impact of collaborative working teams in local and global organizations including discussions of effective individual, interpersonal, and team functioning in a variety of organizational settings. Students examine different constructs to explain individual motivation, and apply those theories to the behaviors of individuals and groups in organizational settings. Students also explore the components of effective team formation and functioning, and examine the variables that make teams successful. Pre-requisite: CP600.
