An essential element of learning the application and practice of executive coaching is to complete a supervised field placement practicum. Students can find their own coaching client, or they will be assigned to a client. The focus is on the student's application and integration of theory with practice. The experiential component also allows the student to address their unique developmental needs as professional practitioners. The field placement experience runs concurrently with other courses during the program.
