An essential element of learning the application and practice of organizational development is to complete a supervised field placement practicum. Students can use their own workplaces or they will be assigned to a workplace for OP/OD practice. The focus is on the student’s application and integration of theory with practice. The experiential component also allows students to address their unique developmental needs as professional practitioners. The field placement course and experience run concurrently with other courses during the program. Pre-requisite: GR 600.
