This course will introduce students to the fundamentals of designing adult learning experiences across a variety of settings. The course will provide students with an introduction to andragogical theories and practices to enhance learning engagement in diverse learners. There will be an emphasis on development and application of innovative experiences using multiple modalities, strategies, and educational technologies, as well as the development of skills in evaluation and assessment.
