  • Held multiple roles in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Management and Leadership Development and Executive Coaching during the past 45 years.
  • For the last 25 years, have run an independent Executive Development and Executive Coaching Practice. Worked in over 70 client systems with hundreds of clients.
  • Taught the GCEC Executive Coaching Practicum since 2012.

  • Work closely with the Social Innovation Forum to provide coaching to social justice leaders
  • Pro Bono coach with LedBy, a leadership program for Muslim Indian women leaders
