Prior Experience

Dr. Laura Noel is an organizational psychologist, leadership development consultant, and executive coach specializing in the neuroscience of leadership and decision-making. She holds a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in Leadership Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience of Leadership from William James College, where she also serves as adjunct faculty.

Her doctoral research, The Entrepreneurial Mindset in a VUCA World, explores how leaders navigate volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, with a focus on decision-making, intuition, and performance outcomes in dynamic environments.

Currently, she works within Asset Management Talent Development at Fidelity Investments, partnering with leaders to enhance effectiveness, strengthen team dynamics, and drive organizational performance.

Prior to her current role, Dr. Noel founded her consulting practice and served as a senior consultant and facilitator with The Arbinger Institute, working with organizations, teams, and leaders to improve alignment, communication, and impact.

She is an International Best-Selling Author and podcast host of Rat Race Reboot, where she explores mindset, leadership, and human potential.

Before transitioning into consulting and coaching, Dr. Noel served more than 27 years in the United States Air Force, retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant. Throughout her military career, she led and developed others while teaching leadership and personal growth. She also performed professionally as a vocalist in the USAF Band, both nationally and internationally.

She continues to help individuals and organizations expand their thinking, align with their highest potential, and achieve meaningful, measurable results. She is married to her husband, Gary, whom she met during her Air Force service.
